From a chart perspective and the prior chart pattern of Hemi since Dec the writting was all over the board that a move to the upside was about to occur, RSI <65, PPS <5MA, etc...

The PR this morning was just the ether needed to rev up the Hemi engine again. Remember this is not a 1/4 mile drag race this is more like the Daytona 500; remain long and strong, and you win the race.
