I wouldn't call it a technical issue as thorough as the judge was explaining things, my limited read (but with no background in the case) says the plaintiffs do have a hill to climb. But, yeah, the other thing is suspicious.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
