No, it actually dismisses the complaint without prejudice against all defendants, plaintiffs given 14 days to amend their complaint. I just grazed through it and read the conclusion.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
