Lot of talk about how very intelligent Dalton is, well I beg to differ. Especially pertaining to Unive's trademark, every company relies on their trademark. Unive has relied on its trademark since 1996, only problem it is Dead, Invalidated no longer in the trademark register. It/s also is false advertising.

A company cannot continue using a trademark that has been cancelled or invalidated and removed from the registry, as this means the trademark no longer exists and the company loses all legal protections.
Here's a more detailed explanation:
Cancellation/Invalidation:
When a trademark is cancelled or invalidated, it's removed from the registry, and the trademark right is terminated.
Loss of Protection:
The trademark is deemed not to have been valid from the outset, meaning the original trademark holder loses all legal protections that the trademark registration provided.

Continuing to use a trademark after it's no longer in the registry and therefore no longer valid, can be considered false advertising, especially if it misleads consumers about the product's source or characteristics.

Keep in mind the trademark now does NOT pertain to what Dalton claims it represents. (Business Description now -Provider of specialty pharmaceuticals and mental health services. Original-Provider of specialty pharmaceuticals and mental health services.)

Advertising Law Alert – Fake ® Alert: Don't Risk False Advertising Charges. Most brand owners are eager to use the registration symbol ® in connection with their trademarks as soon as possible. However, using that symbol beyond the lifespan of a registration, may open the brand to allegations of false advertising.

Now who will grab this trademark right from under Dalton's nose??
