Reply from Orie: "Yes we filed the 8K last week – M&K raised their prices by 150% (!) going into 2025 . The new auditors will be more than half this rate so we are pleased with this amicable substitution.

Also FINRA finally responded with 3 points which we addressed immediately and filed the response back on Friday.

We are hoping for them to make final single demand for distribution of shares which we will do and begin trading."

Just a reminder to all...I have NEVER met Orie or even spoke to him on the phone. He is gracious to answer my emails and I post them to all, so I know as much as everyone else here and even less seeing sam posted this info. and I had no clue this happened. I don't do any extra digging ect. and have NO inside info. and probably have fewer shares in the company than most here. Just hoping this will eventually work out for Orie as has proved he is trying to make this work...and then consequently it would/should work out for us also. Best to all here!!
