Trying to figure out the value of CKPT to FBIO. FBIO owns approximately 6.95 million shares of CKPT. At $4.10 (the takeover price by Sun), I see over $28.5 million dollars in value, with another $4.8 million if the first milestone is met. And there are only 27.6 million FBIO shares outstanding. When will that be reflected in the share price of FBIO? IMO. we should be trading over $2.50 now.
