Assuming you're correct and he is stringing us along for what purpose most people cannot buy the shares. There's a low amount of shares compared to other companies so what would be his purpose in stringing you along? He makes no money off the sale of the stock they can't issue any more under the circumstances so I don't understand what you're saying.
