Why is $HMBL at .0003 in your opinion?

Honest question for anyone who believes in a bullish thesis here.

I'm not asking if $HMBL is a buy at .0003.

I'm asking WHY IS IT TRADING at .0003.

I'd appreciate a thoughtful answer from anyone who thinks its worth an effort.

My guess is I'll get replies ala "it's NOT worth the effort"....
