There was a new Form B10 filed yesterday according to CORE: https://core.cro.ie/e-commerce/company/576208 (look under Events on the upper right). I don't know the significance of "Change Director or Secretary Details" but it suggests an interest in keeping filings up to date. If there is a new Director, that might point in a direction to investigate.
