(and - go ahead and think it is a loan ---- no one has told me how WTS --- EQUITY OWNERSHIP - helps out when a company reneges on its debt --- owning 80% of a bankrupt company? nonsense.

Will GOV use its WTS ? It is up to GOV -- a GOV that performed this taking over R D R D R --- so it will do what it wants (courts be damned too) All that said - if WTS are used but LP/SP is dismissed as PAID in FULL - value of shares is likely $25 that day
