shittypants got nothing from putin. Saying he won't hit certain targets is a joke.

And Zelensky should have closed that oil pipe first week of the war. Only thing I can think of is it was still getting profits some how. It only passed through Ukraine which I'm assuming Ukraine wasn't getting any product actually. Not sure.
