Yes, plenty of shares to dump and it is documented in the filings. All the conversions are at a discount to market and they will still be able to convert at $0.0001. A SEC qualified regulation A offering is waiting to get into the game and that isn't viable until they split the stock. Ride it down then ride the reverse split dilution. If you haven't experienced the dilution of a reg A offering you are in for treat. 😃

This company has been spewing the fake news for months while unleashing the conversions and it will continue. What is in the filings however is hard to explain away, is it not? The company has been converting the 561,961,625 shares from December 04 to February 07. The company converted 582,493,596 shares between September 01 to December 04, 2024. 1,144,455,221 new shares from September 01, 2024 to February 07, 2025. They have been very busy. How many will the next update reveal since February 07. 🤔 looks to me like they are burning it down before the reverse split. That SEC qualified reg A isn't viable util they do.
