New tier OTCID should make a huge difference here. That's coming in a few short months. OTCM is not creating a new tier for these stocks to trade less. More trades mean more money for FINRA and OTCM and opens up foreign brokerages again to this. I'd like to dump my .0019s off to China newbs at s.p. at about 1.19 where gas prices will be this summer.
