In San Diego, the average price is $4.60, which is seven cents more than last week and ten cents lower than this time last year.

On the Central Coast, the average price is $4.56, which is ten cents higher than last week and 13 cents lower than last year. In Riverside, the average per-gallon price is $4.45, which is nine cents higher than last week and 11 cents lower than a year ago. In Bakersfield, the $4.38 average price is five cents higher than last week and 17 cents lower than a year ago today.
