I do not think that they are diluting. I don't even think that Deerfield is selling their converted shares.
It's obvious by the volume.
IMHO, this technic is to wear out the retail and cause them to sell.
OTC is not very retail friendly but millioner maker. 
I will hold all of my shares.
It is the game they play, obvious by painting the tape every day. LOL
