They are acquiring all the assets to "operate the business" lol as is, where is (Section 167)
Bioamber would have no assets but somehow employees could remain with the Company - (Section 167)
AND they assume the right to use Bioamber's tech/licenses for future expansion.
Sounds like Bioamber was always going to continue...
not to mention the CJCJ JV major contract...
and that Bioamber's income tax was being paid in the Visolis bid til 2025...
