Certainly looks like he was lying to shareholders to sell shares for/with Cooley.  He knew OTC well as he was a trader first in MDCE.  Wouldn't be hard to hire someone to look at all the money with a forensic comb.  I have it so maybe I will just to see if someone in Arizona can press criminal charges. 

That would be worth the price of admission for me and many others he scammed.

My favorite stories were how his mother was sick and then he was sick multiple times.  Maybe he meant nauseous from screwing innocent people?  

He would contact me and try and pump so I and others would buy shares.  I have all the screenshots to prove it.
