I'll be glad to acknowledge Rnva owns Foxo by some acquisition when and if some official documents reflect that, or from an official press release by the CEO. I am not about to accept some vid and then one after that suggests otherwise.

And if it does come out later confirming it's true, I see this as micky mouse. The video should have been removed imho. This is not the way an acquisition of this nature should play out in public. I don't see what stops a company from making a proper Press Release saying they have acquired a business. As far as I know It is allowed (to make an announcement ) before filing 10-K/10-Q reports, but must file an 8K within 4 business days after the completion of the transaction.

So maybe they're are in talks, not fully completed, as if they were finalized, nothing stops them from announcing it. Not a big deal to fill out an 8k.

However, an OTC company is not required to file a 8K.

So, let’s say there are talks going on for Rnva to acquire Foxo. Is it a stock purchase, asset acquisition, merger. Is Rnva going to try to uplist to NYSE ? Don't think Foxo is going to delist. Pretty big challenge for Rnva to uplist.

As far as merger what does Rvna bring to the table. A lot of debt there. They had improved sales in 2023, but those assets have been exchanged to Foxo now.

I believe most sane folks should believe it when they see it, for real. Again, I will be glad to acknowledge it when and if I see it for real.
