What a disaster that quarter was, puked out my small position AH in the 3.70's and 3.80's. Yes the number look okay/below expectations from the headline, but (a) we have a tax benefit, and yes if we ignore all these one time costs but how many levels of legal costs.

Legal Settlement Costs
Legal expenses former owner
Legal Expenses Other

Than we have other expenses

I can't get over all these legal fees, and numerous levels of legal fees that we actually classifying them. Add in the fact that adjusted ebitda is gonna be down y/y in q1, and maybe slightly higher on the year if there plans work out, was expecting much better there. The balance sheet still stinks, thankfully it was one of the small positions in the portfolio. at about 1%, it is gone after that disaster. Yikes. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

---All above is just my humble opinion.
And I could always be wrong.
And as always do your own DD.---
