The same copy/paste job he posts all around this website stating certain companies will never achieve Pink Current status again. As you can see in the url below, OTCM approved reinstating SAPX under Jason Black in 2021 after no filings between 2015 and 2021.

SAPX has bounced from Pink Current to Pink Limited and back to Current a few times since and that was due to being a few days late on filings. All required quarterly reports have been filed and the Management Certification has been filed. The OTC has to review the last document and it should be Current again.
