Needs a campaigne to bring attention to what they are doing.  

If I point out the issues I had with the video, we get to listen to certain posters tell us about it over and over again.  

One issue I had that is obvious.  There are no pictures of the plant or the upgraded equipment. Even though there is a video of the new packaging equipment by the company that installed it.  This news about Hawaiian Springs merger is pretty significant.  That opens up an avenue for high end bottled water sales along with the generic sales of what I call purified  tap water. 

I made my concerns known.  We shall see if things improve.
