I am well aware of outdoorsman - it was the news release above that alerted me to the existence of CFSU. Note - the Glenwood Springs deal is a closed acquisition not an LOI... and the real estate deals are signed contracts with 2 of them scheduled to close in the next 10 days. Scam companies do announce LOI's but they do not close on multi-million dollar real estate deals. I think you are going to be in for a shock in a few weeks when the company releases the 2024 annual report and they go from reporting as a shell with no revenue and no assets to a company that is well capitalized, has large recurring revenue streams and has a balance sheet that will get it off the pink sheets rapidly. Curious...how do you even know about CFSU? Unless your somebody who scans shell companies for new activity after long periods of no trading, you would never even know about it... unless you found out the way I did...by following one of the private companies that they rolled up under their public umbrella...and then you would know for certain that is is not a POS SCAM RUN BY LYING GRIFTERS. If you have any fact based evidence that support your accusations, please share it. If not, you should probably do some actual research or just STFU. You have obviously been scammed repeatedly by gambling on pink sheet stocks that you failed to do any real research on...there are a few diamonds out there, but you find them with some luck and then lots of research...not if you "just feel it" this time.
