Not nearly the embarrassment that an impoverished, poorly educated, ill-health ridden WV presents in every state ranking you may choose. How come, seeing as it's a GOP governed state and has been for a very long time?
What expertise from WV do you wish to export to American cities which are in fact too large to be boiled down to the problems you describe with way too many broad strokes?
And, as you've repeatedly read, many of those cities kick in far more tax revenue than the entire state of WV; much of it redistributed to red state America, including WestF'ckingVirginia.
