I'll bet you think too that the mineral deal was Trump's idea, but it wasn't. Zelensky suggested one last fall. It is also obvious you don't understand a deal has to be balanced. Nor do you understand Zelensky would not be rejecting any deal just because Democrats pushed him to, but because it's a better deal for Putin than it is for Ukraine. Zelensky is the leader in this deal.
