Trump doesn't appear to appreciate personal sacrifice as worthy. Even though America was late in entering WW11 would the country have supported nations against Hitler's aggression if Trump had been president. Has Trump personally ever given up anything, without, in his mind, gaining more back? Perhaps, because he likely has not really sacrificed anything in his entire life, he has no ability at all to appreciated the various sacrifices other Americans make daily just to at least help to keep American culture at least as decent as it is.
