.....UNDERSTOOD, bobbie.......all of this is still VERY, VERY SERIOUS.....and AIN'T OVER WITH YET..........

....the WaMu Receiver is a player on Buchwald, and UWB on Broderick (which is our suit).......so WaMu and UWB are directly connected and will close together, bobbie, imo.......the WaMu, Receiver supposedly has a huge pile to pay out......$2.5-billies (half was from the ITR split with JPM)........only problem, with WaMu is the money has to be spread out evenly among ALL cusips.......600mm or 800mm +/-............math, but, whatever, not our problem........or mine......

......on our payout.........100% no worries, bobbie....except for the amount.......????.......ghost of martin gruenberg is whispering $14.25 now.....???........
