It all centers around THE PRICE PER SHARE !!!!!!!! That is ALL that matters to the retail investor and it should ..........

There are always "leaks" especially on the somewhat lawless OTC .... when there are leaks, for example: I will never accept any offer that equates to less than $2.00 per share, then the share price rises because those that know this will be buying ... the CFO knows, The CEO knows, what is acceptable, people talk ......... What if the minimum acceptable buy price was $1.00 and you knew that Snup, would you not be buying ???? Sure you would .... people know, and the share price stays stagnate at BEST !!!!!!!!!!
