This allows for a NEW IRS opinion letter(PLR) to be issued ONCE THE STRUCTURE is put back to where it was 100 mill shares so we can get IMHO additional NOL that would then be attributable since a true reorg took place and commons own 51% ALSO haven't we been looking at a PLR that ON THE SURFACES appears to be concerning USSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS so I will suggest that we are about on the verge of seeing those shares being issued


It is funny RON and I are 180 degrees apart on the 75/25 (diff of opinion), yet we can still talk to each other and be civil and NOT CYBIL


But we all agree on the most important part, there is plenty of money left out there and all will be just fine

So nothing past that really matters and especially till we know how it turns out
