FKA - bioaQ Well my friend, you have a problem because there is no company to merge with.
There is no longer a BioAmber.
Do you remember this SEC filing? - https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1534287/000119312518265192/d614167dex991.htm
BioAmber Inc - Delaware, has not existed as a legal corporation in years.
Accept it, or don't accept it.
Who would be signing the merger papers⁉️
They can't sign themselves, former shareholders nor former stakeholders can sign them, so who?
The former company had NO CORPORATE STRUCTURE since 2018'.
PWC was the last legal signatory - they have long ago been discharged.
That presents a problem to your theory, on top of the many other "tiny issues" like it's been dissolved = permanently.
The company is gone Biowin, that means your shares are gone. 🤷
You have one single option now, wipe them from your account if you don't want to look at them.
They are a placement, they no longer exist and never will again.
The corporate structure that you bought equity (shares) in no longer remains.
The equity is gone = your shares are gone.
Keep them in your account, don't keep them in your account - they will always forever has the same value - $ ZERO $

BioAmber Canada Inc - Dissolved - Canada, no longer exists
BioAmber Sarnia Inc - Dissolved - Canada, no longer exists
BioAmber Inc - Voided - Delaware, USA, no longer a legal corporation

**BioAmber Canada Inc** - the former controlling interest of "The Company"
