JHD, lest you forget, the WAMU common stock was reverse split TWICE
1. * 0.03 in 2012
2. /12 the COOP reverse split

Many of the original holdings were reduced to a minuscule number. And to say all the ones who bought more much later get all the legacy WAMU hidden value sounds crazy. I know you keep on harping about COOP pps, but please read the numbers for the reverse splits that reduced the WAMU. common holdings to almost nothing
PS : Todays COOP pps of $110 is just $0.275 original WAMUQ common.
110 * 0.03 / 12 =0.275
