LOL just about seems like it. This one should be 6 months from the last one and it was 8 months from the one before that. What I don't get is they did a shelf for 300 million dollars, They then diluted 400 million shares into it and did a R/S now they are ready to do another split, I know they do not have to report but once from a shelf but damn that should be done yet i have seen no reports explaining all this dilution and they have just started covering notes, This split is going to be just to cover notes then another split.
