... the Relevant WMI Nine TRUST(s), have obviously been diminished in value' over the years ... easing the amounts of book-value requirements, again over all of these years ... Bonds are Bonds, ... and ... commons OWN the Company' ...

... had the other guys won back in November ? ... its been my opinion that the TRUSTS would have collapsed under the weight of the taxation' they would have implemented and their distribution responsibility's ... thankfully, the good guys won ! ! ! and the affordable Taxes will now be formally secured ... "One Big Bill" ...

... As posted, ... I believe that COOP' will go first, using its "Share Buy Back Program", ... and then the Trusts will begin to be returned ... In My Opinion, ALL ACCOMPLISHED THIS YEAR' 2025 ... (soon' LOL)
