There are different pots of money that belong to us. So the FDIC can keep the LIBOR money, etc, and whatever they believe belongs to them... but there are other pots, like JPM owes us money for banks and real estate, etc.. , and WMI has trusts with money that belongs to us.... so at some point, something has to come back.. maybe not everything owed, but at least a percentage.
