Firing 3400 Forest Service people and calling it "for poor performance" when there is no evidence of performance issues for cause on virtually any of them, will likely never hold up to legal challenge, so I would hardly call an autocratic move by Heckel and Jeckel that is illegal is what I would call "winning". Actually, we all lose when we have someone in office that is incapable of governing all the people.
