Nasrat only owns 26.3% of Elite. (And that's if you include the warrants which have NOT even been issued yet.)

He has VERY LITTLE sway in the buyout vote in early 2027. It all comes down to the power of the regular shareholder vote.

And as far as him becoming a billionaire, Nasrat needs AT LEAST $4.25 to $4.50 per share.

Who all here thinks Nasrat needs to get at least 3.00 to become a legit Billionaire because of taxes?
