If there is an offer, in actuality, the only person who will decide whether it is acceptable will be Nasrat Hakim although the BOD technically has a vote. The shareholder is basically moot since NH controls so many shares and the "NO" vote here will be only 2 posters, or should I say imposters, whose names we all know.
