OF COURSE Elite can't "buy back" what they never owned.

BUT, Elite is going to purchase Mikah's rights of the Adderalls. Nasrat even said the deal was QUOTE "Acceptable".

To be clear, Elite has always only owned 50% of Adderall. The other 50 was always owned by SunGen and now Mikah. There is nothing to “buy back”. The question should be …plan to purchase (or buy out) Mikah’s ownership of Adderall.

The is nothing to buy back. Elite never owned any of Mikah’s portion of ownership.
