I'm afraid that is not true:

Measles is spreading across West Texas. The county at the center has one of state’s highest vaccine exemption rates
Many of those infected in Gaines County were young and unvaccinated children

...Some cases appear to be linked to private religious schools in the district, according to South Plains Public Health District Director Zach Holbrooks. Although, the investigation is ongoing.

Same thing happened back in 2015, and people blamed undocumented immigrants back then, too:

Anne Schuchat, director of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), said there was no evidence to support claims made by conservative hardliners that measles is being imported to the US by undocumented immigrants. Most commonly, she said, measles reaches the US through unvaccinated Americans who travel to Europe or Asia.

“I know that immigration is a complicated issue and people have strong feelings about [it],” Schuchat said, speaking in an online conversation hosted by the National Press Foundation. “The thing to say is that the region of the Americas was the first region to actually eliminate measles.”

In both cases, they should have blamed themselves, for not getting their kids vaccinated. Easy question, easy answer. RFK Jr won't be adding much of value to the conversation, because he's not a doctor or scientist, and IS a narcissist, like Trump, Musk, and another few dozen leading men in this administration.

And frankly, that IS more toxic than measles.
