Nothing is preventing you from sending your money to these countries, all you people on the left could band together and you can cut out the middleman and send the money over there directly.

And I really honestly have to ask how come you think these countries can't take care of themselves? What do you think is wrong with them? Why can't they build a civilization that works? How come you think they need you?
