but your note - they should have removed this ----- MY (biased but likely correct) answer is

1. THEY did it (not just not remove -- but they put it there !!)
2. This is the smoke and mirrors I have noted 110 times ----- we keep cash but increase our obligation penny for penny to Treasury

not exactly a good deal from day one but good PR

BUT AGAIN --- now as cash is up and up and up at F and F ---- IF IF the LP/SP is knocked to zero THEN we win BIG
