One of my tenants was Edwards Jones investment that ran their office out of our virtual space. They liked the arrangement given it made a low cost option to meet with clients and provided lower operation and overhead cost. What MGON/BC is doing is nothing new with leasing VO space in Florida.

Look at our own government, I hear that over 60% to 90% have been working from "home" since COVID. In my own state, the State Government has over 90% working from home. This is why there is talks about selling so much of the office space in DC.
