Company JUST returned 45,000 PFD D that if converted would have been 450,000,000 ...the offering if ALL executed is .025 pps and 400m issued and raise 10m..

Some folks have a hard time keeping up with the FACTS! Oh well, just leaves more shares for the well informed who can actually read a filling. Or more importantly, understand how a knowledgeable management team builds shareholder value.
