Thats a good question.....And for now its murky as to what is/was illegal and what is overstatement not to mention just plain scare tactics....

Its hard to trust the left, this board and left media as they've been the boy who cried wolf too often.....Hence my position is they should pick their fights better....

Laws suits are just a way to slow things down for the most part,,,,,,Leave it to the bureaucracy and the bureaucrats and the party of panic not one damn thing would change and like it or not People are ready for real, earnest systemic change...Ill say over and over how else do you explain Trump being elected originally and the best example of all is he was elected again......

Yet, especially the dems, have remained completely tone deaf.....no inward thought what so ever,,,,,,now they'll even go after John Fetterman, a traitor and a Nazi no doubt....

So, its leave it to the courts, there is a lack of honest brokers out there.....As far as constitutional crisis, oh my, I think someone already filed for an impeachment.....
