I don't think you need forensic accountants for the first sweep.
The first sweep is stuff like hey we shouldn't be sending money to 10 different people who are using the same social security number.
Hey we shouldn't be sending money to Peru for a tranny comic book.
We shouldn't be hiring companies that only deliver 7% of what we paid them for.
We shouldn't be sending money to both sides of a war.

I think just going through basic logic that's how you'd save your first trillion dollars.

The next wave you get your forensic accountants and look for theft and fraud. That's probably when half the Senate gets sent to jail and we find out why Biden had to pardon his whole family, Fauci, Schiff and Cheney.
