None of them seem to have to. ai has been lifting IP for free for years, why stop now?
The internet allowed ai to flourish because of the insane amount of data floating for free. It's just the last year or two since image ai has boomed are people worried about privacy and such.
In one aspect, ai data mining isn't any different than google or other sites sucking up data.
