Not that you're interested in facts, just nasty acquiescence, but here's a more fulsome approach to your subject matter which also fully addresses the continued independent agency of USAID from inception via EO in 1961 by JFK, established agency in 1968, and upheld as recently as 2024. The funds impoundment to choke the agency to death is clearly illegal, without question. But, hey, it's just another crime/illegality for this shallow excuse of an administration!

And then you go on to blame him for not doing anything about it last time he was president. It can't be both things. Either he has the power to fix it or he doesn't.

Simply and completely logically, he has the power to both stop unwise spending now, and could have previously...if done so legally and following the prescribed process!
