So I would say it's obvious they could not find a partner for the commercial side...lol.. who would. Why? You know why...

Think Shaun played hard ball and decided to go the offering (after lying about not needing one to see phase III out) and reverse split route to show them? Lol.. what does he care.. he get's free shares. Reverse split does not hurt the insiders... they just get more free shares. Wipes out all the investors they mislead. Why with all the positive talk and possible catalyst going forward does no one want any? This offering is a wipe out... will force under a dollar and reverse split. They are just following the how to script of selling stock.
