Blickstein has been the accountant for many years

Blickstein was listed as one of UNVC's 'debtors' for years too - then he was suddenly dropped from filings and the alleged debt disappeared.

From the 2020 Annual Report:
For the period ended on December 31, 2020, and December 31, 2019, the following chart reflects the Related Party Loans, having as beneficiaries to Dr. David Dalton and Mr. Richard Blickstein, that loans had an aggregate outstanding principal balance of $12,122,807
and $ 10,965,926 respectively.

From Quarterly filings in 2024
For the period ended on June 30, 2024, and December 31, 2023, the Company has debt of $19,962 and 18,339 respectively. Having as creditors to Dr. David Dalton and Dr. Grass.

And now Dr.Grass is listed - I thought he was dead?

The filings are so screwy - where did those debts go? So many errors and inconsistencies.
