Agree, but when your dealing with a company your acquiring and its from another country, Spain in this case, there is far more paper work involved then when its a company being acquired from your home country. But I think what they are attempting to do is give people a heads up that they have indeed got this agreed upon and once the Lawyers are done with finalizing it the announcement will officially be made...
Its been months since we have had this kind of communication on LinkedIn where all three companys are posting at the same time... pretty big dots they have put out there for us to connect .
