He blamed pretty much everyone but himself, from Obama's presidency till now. Though he had harsh things to say--really nasty shit--about the controllers, it seems it was the fault of the Army helicopter.

He literally said: "They were practicing. They call it practice". The helicopter "had the ability to go up or down. It had the ability to turn."

And idiotically, he went on and on about "common sense", which was in no way involved here.
